What are projects reports? After a project meets, one of the members will report on the meeting at the General Club Meeting (second Monday of the month). It is usually only a few minutes long, and you just describe what you did and accomplished in your meeting. Because we have so many projects, we don’t have each project give an oral report at the main meeting (that would take a long time!), but rather divide the projects in half and have both oral and written reports (they go into our monthly newsletter).
To make it easier for the project leaders to remember, we’ve typed up a schedule below. So, if you are a project leader, you want to designate a member at the end of each project meeting to give the report, whether oral or written. And if you are a 4-H member, remember that every report you give goes in your record book under Communications.
